Join Kolin Perry, exhibition curator, for a gallery talk about End of the Range: Charlotte Skinner in the Eastern Sierra. This exhibition explores the artistry of Charlotte B. Skinner (1879-1963), renowned for her vibrant depictions of California’s Sierra Nevada and Owens Valley desert country. Organized by the Nevada Museum of Art in Reno, the exhibition features paintings and drawings created by the artist over a 30-year period that shed light on her life and artistic evolution.
This exhibition, organized by the Nevada Museum of Art, has been generously supported by John A. White, Jr., in memory of Charlotte Skinner’s grandson, James Skinner.
This program is free and open to all. Advance registration is not required.
Gallery stools are available in the museum.
