Plan Your Group Visit

Group Visits

Langson IMCA welcomes groups of 8 or more by appointment, offering an in-gallery, conversation-based experience facilitated by our Visitor Experience staff. During your visit, groups will receive an introduction to both the museum and the current exhibition. Our staff, along with UCI student Gallery Guides, will be available throughout your visit to answer questions and encourage curiosity through close-looking.

To ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience, we kindly ask that all groups of 8 or more submit a Group Visit Request Form at least two weeks in advance. This helps us better prepare for your visit, including understanding your group size, arrival time, and any specific needs or goals for your experience.

As part of your visit to Langson IMCA, we encourage you to explore our collection of art books and enjoy our online exhibition in the Reading Lounge. You’re also welcome to get creative with our self-guided art-making activity in the Education Studio, offering a hands-on way to connect with the art. We hope you take the time to fully immerse yourself in the experience!

School Visits

If you are a K-12 educator looking to schedule a class trip to the interim museum please visit our School Visit page, or email Yomna Shadoufa, Senior Education Coordinator, at yshadouf@uci.edu.

Special Requests

We understand that some groups may have specific interests, topics, or approaches they'd like to explore during their visit, and we’re happy to accommodate special requests whenever possible. To ensure we’re fully prepared to offer the best experience, please contact Sebastián Vizcaíno Cortés, Visitor Experience Program Manager, at avizcain@uci.edu with any particular needs or preferences.

University and Community College Visits

To help us provide the best possible experience, we kindly ask that all UCI-affiliated groups, regardless of size, submit a Group Visit Request Form in advance. This allows us to tailor your visit to your group’s needs, ensuring a more personalized and engaging experience during your time at Langson IMCA. If you are affiliated with another university or a community college and would like to schedule a visit for your group, please contact Sebastián Vizcaíno Cortés, Visitor Experience Program Manager, at avizcain@uci.edu.
